Urban Chaat & Snacks currently offers pickup ordering through its online ordering website.
Home delivery is not available in the initial release. The website will display the available fulfilment methods at checkout.
2. Pickup Location
Customers can collect their confirmed orders from:

- •Present your Order Number (e.g. #UC-XXXX) or registered phone number to our counter team.
- •Have your digital order confirmation receipt or a valid photo ID ready for verification upon collection.
- •Orders are kept fresh in our dedicated counter staging area to maintain optimal temperature and taste.
3. Preparation and Collection
An estimated preparation time may be displayed when available.
Actual preparation time may vary depending on order volume, dish availability and restaurant operations.
Customers should refer to their order status and pickup instructions before visiting the restaurant.
4. Payment at Pickup
Customers selecting Cash on Counter must pay the outstanding amount before the order is handed over.
Orders already paid online will be verified using the recorded payment status.
5. Future Home Delivery
If home delivery is introduced, the website will publish the eligible delivery areas, applicable charges, estimated delivery timelines and address requirements.
