You agree to use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when registering, placing orders or contacting us. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate dish descriptions, images, prices and availability. Images are illustrative and actual presentation may vary. Menu items may become unavailable, and we reserve the right to update menu offerings, prices and descriptions for future orders.

The applicable selling prices, discounts, taxes and other charges will be displayed during checkout. The final order total presented before confirmation is the amount applicable to that order, subject to correction of an evident technical error before acceptance and applicable law.

Submitting an order request does not necessarily mean that the restaurant has accepted it. An order will be confirmed when the website or restaurant provides an order confirmation in accordance with the configured ordering process. We may reject or cancel an order where necessary because of product unavailability, suspected fraud, technical errors or operational constraints, subject to applicable law and our refund policy.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and, when applicable, a correct delivery address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, subject to applicable law.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Electronic payments are subject to payment gateway authorization and confirmation. Cash on Counter orders remain unpaid until the restaurant records collection of the required amount. An order will not be treated as paid merely because a payment attempt has been initiated.

For pickup orders, customers must collect their orders from the designated restaurant location in accordance with the pickup instructions. The restaurant may request the order number or other reasonable verification before handing over an order. Unpaid cash orders will be handed over only after the required cash collection has been confirmed.

Home delivery is not enabled in the initial release. If the service is introduced, additional delivery conditions, delivery areas, charges and estimated timelines will be displayed on the website.

Coupons are subject to their stated eligibility conditions, validity periods, usage limits and other restrictions. Unless expressly permitted, coupons cannot be combined with other offers or redeemed for cash.

Order cancellations and refunds are governed by the published Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in that policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customers should review available ingredient and allergen information and contact the restaurant if they have specific dietary concerns. Where ingredient or allergen information is provided, it should be treated as guidance and confirmed with the restaurant when necessary.

The website's content, design elements, graphics and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Urban Chaat & Snacks brand assets remain the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

We aim to maintain website availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical failures or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect the website.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for losses arising from use of the website will be limited according to the circumstances and applicable legal requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

These terms are subject to the laws of India. Disputes shall be handled by the competent courts or other forums determined in accordance with applicable law.
